1. BROMO MOUNTAIN
Bromo Mountain (from Sankskrit / Old Java: Brahma, named of a main Hindu God) is an active volcano and the well-known tourism object in Jawa Timur. As a tourism object, Mountain Bromo becomes interesting because of its status as an active volcano.

Bromo height is 2.392 Meter above the sea surface and located in four areas, which are Probolinggo Regency, Pasuruan, Lumajang, and Malang Regency. The shape of Bromo Mountain related between valley and gorge with 10 KM² caldera.

Bromo Mountain has a crater with the diameter ± 800 Meter (north - south) and ± 600 Meter (east - west). While the dangerous area is a circle with the circle fingers of 4 KM from Bromo crater central.

Trip through the west gate, from Pasuruan, comes from Tosari Village be going into the tourism object central (sand ocean) is a little difficult because the road can not be traveled by common 4 wheels car, except if we rent an SUV provided by the organizer, so many tourists go on foot to get into the central of location. But if we come from the north gate, which is from Tongas, the road is not difficult to be passed because the slope is not really steep, and motorcycle can pass through it. Many tourists come through this way. If you want to see the sunrise which is much shown on photographs, you should come from the west gate.

If you have adventurer spirit, then you can try the road rarely passed by tourists. The road is through Malang City, enter the small town named Tumpang then enter Pronojiwo City, and you passed the beautiful wild life. After that, you will find T-intersection, take the south road will enter the Ranu Pane, if you take north road will enter the sand ocean which is located at the south side of Bromo Mountain`s back. The T-intersection name is Jemplang. The trip begins by go down along the hill and will be welcomed by a meadow that will change into sand ocean. The road will surround Bromo Mountain through sand ocean for 3 hours. The road actually is not really steep and can be passed by motorcycle, but need the adventurer spirit because the road is rarely travelled and there are no transit place or citizen`s house. We will be provided by the challenging trip. You will also meet another secret of Bromo, that rarely seen by toruists, which are very wide meadow and flower garden. It is a contrary from thr north side that really arid and dusty. Need to be remembered, do not take this road in the night or if the weather is foggy. You can not see abything in that condition.

Sand ocean is the tourism mainstay of Bromo Mountain. In the fresh mountain area, we can see desert and a wide green. But the most waited from Bromo Mountain is the sightview when sunrise and sunset, and it is really beautiful. Even the trip to Bromo is dusty, it will not felt because the beauty of Bromo is awesome.

Holiday to Bromo is practice if you are a traveller. Entering Bromo from the north gate only need 12 hours certainly if you come from Surabaya, Malang, Jember, and the city around it. The trip can begins at 12.00 AM and you will arrive at 2.00 - 3.00 AM, where you can take a rest before watch the sunrise. The food and beverages sellers usually open at 3.00 AM, so you can ready to climb through the famous Bromo summit stairs. Enjoy the view until 9.00 AM and you can go back to the departure city at 12.00 PM. As a note, if you travel in the middle of the sand ocean at the night you can see concrete pole as the directive to reach the temple parking lot. If you lost, do not panic and do not continue the trip (especially in the middle of thick fog), just wait untill 2.00 - 3.00 AM because usually the rider of rental horse will pass the sand ocean area.

2. WISATA BAHARI LAMONGAN
Wisata Bahari Lamongan or shortened as WBL, is a nautical tourism place located at Paciran, Lamongan Regency, Jawa Timur. This tourism place opened since 14 November 2004. Some advance utilities in this place are Under Sea Castle, Insectarium Cave, Space Shuttle, and Walisongo pavilion.

this tourism object located at the northern beach road between Surabaya and Tuban, and near some other advance tourism objects in Jawa Timur like Maharani Cave, Sunan Drajat Cemetery & Museum, Sunan Sendang Duwur Cemetery, and Tanjung Kodok Beach. Near the WBL, about 5 km to the east side, will be developed connecting area known as Lamongan Integrated Shorebase (LIS). Whole, 6 kilometer to the west side, can be found Brondong fish port with its famous fish auction.

Today, Wisata Bahari Lamongan was spreadth until covered Tanjung Kodok Beach and Maharani Cave, with cable train as the connector.

3. JATIM PARK
Jatim Park is a recreation and study place in Batu City, Jawa Timur. This tourism object located about 20 KM on the west side of Malang City, and now become one of Hawa Timur tourism icons. It have 36 modes, like giant swimming pool (with the background of Ken Dedes, Ken Arok, and Mpu Gandring statues), spinning coaster, and drop zone. Educational modes that become the center of attraction are Volcano and Nusantara Gallery which can be found agri-plant, rare animal diorama, and temples miniature.

4. SITUBONDO PASIR PUTIH BEACH
Pasir Putih Beach at Situbondo Regency, Jawa Timur, known because of its rug of white sand. Not only that, the morphology of this beach is unique. Its arched topography with the background of forest make a beautiful panorama cluster. To the north, tourists can see the wide of Java northern beach with white line in the edge of the beach. Behind it, the thick forest provides its own freshness.

Pasir Putih is one of advance tourism objects in Jawa Timur Province. This thing is because of its strategic location, which is in the edge main road between Surabaya and Banyuwangi. Tourists that will travelled to Bali (from Surabaya) or Bromo Mountain (from Banyuwangi), usually take a rest and watch the beauty panorama in this place, especially for them who want to see the sunset.

Especiality
Various water sports like swimming, diving, and surfing can be done in this beacjh. If you do not want to swim, tourists can take boat to sail and enjoy the undersea view. Many entertainments like surfing competition, fishing, and traditional fisherman boat race rarely did to entertained visitors.

Besides, on October, the fishermans make Petik Laut ceremony, which is throw the food, snacks, and bull head to the middle of the sea as an effort to request the God`s blessing. In this ceremony also arrange "Gandrung" music stage, which is a popular traditional music in Banyuwangi and the area around it.

For visitors who have not been expert in swimming, around the beach there are many float rental for tourists to play in the middle of the sea. Tourists can also rent boat fascilitated with glass-box to watch the under-sea view. Tourism organizer also provides fascilities of bathroom, sanctuary, and some resting place shapped concrete chair which usually near the food sellers.

There are also many kiosks selling various souvenirs like boat miniature and decoration and accessories made from seashell. Hotel, motel, and inn are available for visitors who want to stay. For those who want to have a camp, there is also special area for camping.

5. KARAPAN SAPI
Karapan Sapi is a traditional cow race of the people of Madura Island. Jawa Timur. In this traditional race, two cows twinned to pull wood cart ride by a jockey. The track length is 100 - 180 meter with race time is between 10 to 16 seconds.

Karapan Sapi is a credit to Maduranese. In this event, the cow owner self-respect is entrusted. If the cow win, their self-respect will increase and vice versa. That is why, the cow owners try hard to win including by spend a lot of money to for the cow`s treatment. Not only that, magic equipment like spells to restrict bad influence from the opponents also done by rent a shaman.

Every year, in every regencies at Madura Island organize Karapan Sapi on August until September. From the race in every regencies, will be ended on the final race in Pamekasan City, Madura, on September or October to seize president rotating cup.

Especiality
In Karapan Sapi event, visitors not only presented by cow`s speed in running and the jockey`s adroitness, but also presented by ceremony held by the cow owners before the race. Before the race begin, cow pairs will be accompanied surround the track together with traditional music instrument named seronen, which is Maduranese traditional music. Music wave signalized by the unification of kettledrum, trumpet, and gong, also joined by the dance of the instrument players, This entertainment makes the race arena become merry.

Also, in this race, the visitors bet for the cow by choosing their champion cow.
